You can check delivery availability by entering your location in the Foodi app or website before placing your order.
Average delivery time: 30 to 60 minutes depending on restaurant preparation time, distance, and traffic conditions.
In case of high demand or unforeseen delays (e.g., weather, road closures, festival rush), delivery time may vary.
Real-time tracking is available in the Foodi app for every confirmed order.
Delivery fees vary based on your distance from the restaurant and will be displayed during checkout.
Some restaurants or promotional offers may include free delivery.
Additional fees may apply for late-night orders, priority delivery, or special areas.
All food is packed by our partner restaurants in hygienic, sealed containers.
Our delivery partners handle every order with utmost care to maintain freshness and safety.
Foodi is not responsible for any spillages caused due to external factors after delivery.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation message via SMS/email.
You can track your order live from preparation to delivery through the Foodi app.
In case of any delay or issue, our 24×7 support team is available through chat or phone.
A delivery attempt may be marked as failed in the following situations:
Incorrect address or unreachable location.
Customer unavailable or not answering calls.
Refusal to accept delivery without valid reason.
In such cases, the order will be marked as Delivered or Canceled depending on restaurant policy, and refunds may not be applicable.
Once food preparation has started, cancellations cannot be made.
Refunds will be processed only in cases of failed delivery or duplicate payment, as per Foodi’s Refund Policy.
Foodi delivery partners are trained to follow hygiene and safety standards.
Customers are encouraged to report any misconduct or unsafe delivery behavior via the Foodi app.
