Refund policy

Since the Service offers Consumable Product Such as food, irrevocable goods we do not provide refunds after the product is purchased, which you acknowledge prior to purchasing any product on the Services. Once the order is placed and confirmed, no cancellation is eligible. In case for cancelled orders and not received orders,  a cancellation charge will be debited from the next order. Please make sure that you've carefully read service description before making a purchase. The cancelled order amount for online paid orders will be credited to Foodi wallet. The wallet amount can be credited back to the source payment method on request and will take 3-7 working days.
